Microsite re-design: Finnish Hobbyhorse Championship 2020

PROBLEM
This is a UI individual project I did in Ironhack in a 4 days sprint.
The English version of the 9th Annual Finnish Hobby horse Championship 2020 has a very poor design that is not focused to their target audience (teenage girls). Also the content has no organisation or hierarchy making it hard to navigate and scan for information.
SOLUTION
I re-designing microsite creating a new brand focused to the target audience (teenage girls) and also I structured the content in different sections so it is more accessible to the users.
My deliverables were interactive hi-fi prototypes of two viewports: desktop and mobile.

OUTCOME
The next steps for this project would be to test the hi-fi prototypes and also to develop an iPad viewport and a style guide that can be used for further designs.
My learnings and challenges are around the prototyping tool, Principle. It allowed me to have more freedom creating interactions and animations than other tools I have used so far and I can't wait to keep using it so I get to know more.
